Directions: Palak Net Dosa With Soya Paneer Stuffing Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Soak rice and urad dal separately in water for about 4-6 hours. Then, grind them separately to make a smooth batter. Mix the batters together and add salt. Allow it to ferment overnight for at least 8 hours.
  • STEP 2.2. In a pan, heat butter/oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.3. Add crumbled soya paneer, mashed potato, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, MTR sambhar masala and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.4. To make palak dosa, add the pureed spinach to the fermented dosa batter. Mix well to combine. Fill the combined mixture in a piping bag/plastic tomato ketchup bottle.
  • STEP 5.5. Heat a non-stick tawa. Now, hold the piping bag with the batter perpendicular to the tawa, just above its surface.
  • STEP 6.Start piping the batter in a criss-cross pattern, forming lines in one direction across the tawa, maintaining a consistent thickness for the lines.
  • STEP 7.7. Take a spoonful of the prepared soya paneer stuffing and spread it. Fold the dosa in triangular shape to cover the stuffing.
  • STEP 8.8. Repeat the process to make more net-pattern palak dosas with soya paneer stuffing.Serve the dosa hot with coconut chutney or sambhar. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • STEP 9.Enjoy your healthy and delicious net-patterned Palak Dosa with Soya Paneer stuffing!
