STEP 1.Take 500gms spinach and cook it for 2 mins in boiling water.

STEP 1.Take a kadai to add 2 big tsp mustard oil. Then add 1tsp cumin seeds and chopped garlic slightly saute them.

STEP 1.Then add the chopped green chilies, 1tsp turmeric powder, and 1tsp cumin powder and saute them until all mixes properly.

STEP 1.Turn off the gas and let it cool for a while. Now we will add 5tbsp curd(room temperature).

STEP 5.Now in a small kadai add 3tsp mustard oil and 2tbsp chopped garlic fry it till the garlic turns golden brown.

STEP 6.Add it to the cooked spinach recipe for extra fragrance and taste.

STEP 7.Serve it hot with paratha or rice.
