  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • STEP 1.Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes.
  • STEP 2.Drain the spinach and let it cool. Once cooled, blend it into a smooth puree.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the pureed spinach to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
