A very healthy delicious rajwada special Rajasthani dal recipe. It is prepared from chickpeas, moong dal, tuvar dal, onions, tomatoes and onions. It is tempered in desi ghee.
STEP 1.Chop some spinach leaves, wash and blanch the spinach in some warm water and wait till it softens.
STEP 2.Strain the spinach and it must be green in colour
STEP 3.Mix all the types of pulses together, wash all the pulses together.

STEP 4.T soak the pulses for long time.
STEP 5.Don't use a cooker to boil the pulses. Add some turmeric powder, carom seeds and the water strained from blanched spinach.
STEP 6.Turn off the stove after 3 whistles. Check the pulses after cooking.
STEP 7.Temper the pulses in a pan, take some ghee, roast some garlic cloves, green chillies, ginger paste, some chopped onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to tatse.
STEP 8.Add half a cup of water if needed.
STEP 9.Add the cooked pulses in the pan and cook on low flame. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the blanched spinach from earlier.
STEP 10.The nutritious fresh healthy dal is ready.
STEP 11.Serve it with some ghee and chillies.
