STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan.Add asafoetida / hing and cumin seeds to crackle.Add boiled yellow moong dal /lentil and saute for 2 - 3 mins.Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt and mix well.Now stuffing is ready.
STEP 2.Take a bowl add wheat flour,boiled spinach and salt and mix well.Knead to make a soft dough with the help of water.Keep aside for 30 mins.Make an equal size balls.Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.Flatten the ball into thick round paratha.Grease a pan with clarified butter / ghee and heat on a medium flame.Spinach / palak dal paratha is ready to eat.Serve hot with pickles
