  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown. Then, add the marinated mutton and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add water, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for about 30-40 minutes or until the mutton is tender.
  • STEP 5.Once the mutton is cooked, open the pressure cooker and simmer the gravy until it thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or roti.
