Tasty and spicy Karnataka special paddu.guliyappa is called with many different names. some call it paddu, guliyappa, guntapongalu, ponganalu, paniyaram, appe etc. these guliyappas are very popular in south india.
STEP 1.1. Take 3 cups of measuring rice and a cup of urad dal and a spoon of fenugreek seeds. Soak in water. Leave for 3 hours.

STEP 2.2. Grind and prepare a batter.

STEP 3.1. Take a pan and heat some oil and add coriander, green chillies, onions, turmeric powder, cumin and sesame seeds.

STEP 4.2. Saute all the ingredients till they change colour. Then add turmeric powder and cook. Turn the heat on and let it cool.

STEP 5.3. Mix the batter with the ingredients and make paddu
step 6
STEP 6.S using a shaper. Make sure to grease it. And pour the batter on it. And cook on low flame for 3 minutes.

STEP 7.4. Make sure you cook on both sides.
