Pad See Ew generally only includes pork along with a little cabbage. Its darker too, thanks to the use of dark soy sauce.   • 4 6 stalks Chinese broccoli
  • 1 pound fresh wide rice noodles, store bought or make your own
  • 4 teaspoon Sugar

  • STEP 1.Stir the meat and soy along well, then add a pair of tsp of oil and stir to coat the meat; this may facilitate the meat separate once you head to cook it.
