STEP 1.Deep fry poories in hot oil till they puff & become crispy.
STEP 2.Keep closed in a container till further use.
STEP 3.For filling
STEP 4.Mix mashed potato, chopped onion, turmeric , red chilli powder , garam masala powder, aamchur, salt , chopped cilantro in a bowl.
STEP 5.Keep covered.
STEP 6.For paani
STEP 7.Transfer cilantro , pudina, green chilli, paani poori masala powder, lemon to a grinding jar.
STEP 8.Make fine paste using water.
STEP 9.Transfer to a bowl.
STEP 10.Add water required.
STEP 11.Crush & add garlic cloves.
STEP 12.Cover & rest for 15 min.
STEP 13.Then strain the paani.
STEP 14.Serving..
STEP 15.Tap to make hole in the upper centre of poori.
STEP 16.Fill the filling made.
STEP 17.Add some sev or boondi.
STEP 18.Fill the paani.
STEP 19.Enjoy immediately.
