Ingredients for PAAN MODAK Recipe

  • 0.67 spoon tableghee
  • 0.67 cup desiccated coconut
  • 0-0.27 nos Betel leaves/ Paan
  • 0.17 cup Milkmaid
  • 0-0.33 nos White Sesamecup
  • 0-0.17 nos Powder sugercup
  • As required Dry fruits -Cashew
  • As required Resins
  • As required Almond
  • As required Cardamom

Directions: Paan Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a non stick pan with ghee then add Desicated coconut and roast it then dry fruits and white til roast it.Dedicated coconut in a plate and let it cool down .
  • STEP 2.Grind Betel Leaves with milk maid to fine paste mix all above stuffed ingredients in a bowl and form in to small balls.
  • STEP 3.Take a modak mould.and grease it with Ghee then add Desicated coconut mawa mixture in both sides of modak mould and keep the stuffed masala balls in center. Close the modak mould press it, then demould the modak. slowly.Ready to mawa paan modak stuffed Dry fruits.
