Modak is basically originated grom maharashtra. They use to prepare prasad for Lord Ganesha. Now it is well known and famous in all part of India. It is sweet recipe and very Delicious.
STEP 1.π Step 1. First of all we will grind bettle leaf with milkmaid n keep aside.
STEP 2.πStep2. Now we will dry roast dessicated coconut for 1 min at low medium flame. Now add all the grinded mixture of bettle leaf and milkmaid. Add rest of the Nestle β€οΈ in the pan.
STEP 3.π Step 3. Mix well and cook till all the mixture become dry.
STEP 4.π Step 4. Now we will fill the modak mould with the mixture , making cavity in centre. Finally fill the cavity with gulkand and now de mould the modak. Do the same process for all the modak.
STEP 5.Once all modak is ready then decorate it as per our choice. Nestle Milkmaid enhance the taste of all the sweets.
