STEP 1.First wash the Nagarvel leaves in a mixer jar and make a paste by adding milk made in it.
STEP 2.Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and fry the coconut for 2 minutes. Now add milkmaid and nagarvel leaf paste made in it. Mix food coloring in two teaspoons of milk and add it in coconut juice. Take the filling in a dish and let it cool.
STEP 3.For the stuffing: Fry the cashew-almond pieces in a teaspoon of ghee for one minute. Mix roasted cashew nuts and sugar cane. Make a small paste from the cooled coconut purana. Coat the ladu with coconut powder.
