STEP 1.1- in a grinder, grind ginger-green chilly and garlic and make paste. Wash spinach, remove stem and chopped
STEP 2.2- in a bowl add chopped spinach, gram flour, garlic-ginger- green chili paste, salt, red chilly powder, garam masaala powder, hing and mix it well
STEP 3.3- make cylindrical rolls with hands. Keep it in a steamer and steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 4.4- after 20 minutes remove from steamer and cool down in room temperature . Cut it into small pieces.
STEP 5.5- Heat oil in a pan and fry all pieces on medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Keep it in a plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds .
STEP 6.6- serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
