STEP 1.Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add 4 litres of water into it. Boil the water.
STEP 2.Once boiled add 2 litres of milk and mix well.
STEP 3.On a low flame continuously stir and boil the mix till it reduce half the quantity
STEP 4.Add washed 3 handfuls of rice into the mix.
STEP 5.Bring to boil in a low flame.
STEP 6.When the mix turns light brown shade, add 1 cup of sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 7.Turn off the flame. Garnish with ½ tsp of cardamom powder and roasted cashews.
