STEP 1.Take a pan, heat some oil and add a tablespoon of panchfuron, bay leaf, dry chilies, cardamom, clove, curry leaves and saute nicely. Now add ou. fry nicely.
STEP 2.Then add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well. Cumin powder, red chili powder, water as required and add jaggery and make a boil. Cook on high flame. Cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Add chaat masala if you want.
