This is an oriental smack made with a slight differemce in the tempering ingredients in countries like china, thailand, vietnam and korea. The rice paper and the sauces are easily available in all the chinese or japanese stores. The rolling of these rolls is a bit difficult but can be mastered by making them a few times.

  • 0.13 cup Ice berg lettuce
  • As required Red capsicum ... sliced into thin strips
  • As required Green capsicum .... sliced into thin strips
  • As required carrot .............. fine juliennes
  • As required radish / mooli .. fine juliennes
  • As required mint leaves ..... few
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green or red chillies ... optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1/4 pinch salt ... add or two if needed as the fish sauce is salty
  • 1/4 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 0.06 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/4 Green or red chilli
