STEP 5.Strain the milk in a muslin cloth and wash in fresh water for 2 - 3 times.
STEP 6.Hung the paneer / cottage cheese in muslin cloth for half an hour.
STEP 7.Now we get soft paneer / cottage cheese.
STEP 8.We mash the paneer / cottage cheese very well.
STEP 9.Add saffron food color and make a soft and smooth dough.
STEP 10.Divide the dough into 12 equal size balls.
STEP 11.Roll each ball between your palms.
STEP 12.All the balls are made in the same way.
STEP 13.Now we take pan and add two cup of sugar ,three cup of wate and boil it
STEP 14.Now we add paneer balls and cardamom powder and boil in full flame and cover the lid.
STEP 15.Cook for ten mins and turn off the flame.
STEP 16.Once cooled,we open the lid.
STEP 17.Orange rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and its size should be double.
STEP 18.Serve chilled .
