Ingredients for Orange chutney Recipe

  • 3/4 Pieces Orange
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Pieces Dry red chili
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Refined oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Directions: Orange Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash, peel and cut the oranges, remove the seed and cut the carpels into half.
  • STEP 2.Heat refined oil into a pan.
  • STEP 3.Add dry red chili and mustard seed.
  • STEP 4.Now add oranges and salt, turmeric powder,stir it.
  • STEP 5.Then add sugar and cook it till sugar fully desolve .
  • STEP 6.Now add 1 cup water and cook it in high flame till the gravy become semi thick.
  • STEP 7.Finally add lemon juice and switch off the heat.
  • STEP 8.Cool it down, serve.
