STEP 1.Wash, peel and cut the oranges, remove the seed and cut the carpels into half.

STEP 3.Add dry red chili and mustard seed.
STEP 4.Now add oranges and salt, turmeric powder,stir it.
STEP 5.Then add sugar and cook it till sugar fully desolve .
STEP 6.Now add 1 cup water and cook it in high flame till the gravy become semi thick.
STEP 7.Finally add lemon juice and switch off the heat.
STEP 8.Cool it down, serve.
