STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add onion & green chilli .
STEP 2.Now add besan , salt & ajwain , mix it well . Add lil water, mix it nicely. Add more besan if the batter is thin.
STEP 3.Now add all the ingredients one by one, mix it well.
STEP 4.In goes dhania patta, mix it thoroughly. Rest it for 15 minutes.
STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
STEP 6.Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil , deep fry them until light brown .
STEP 7.Take out on an absorbent paper , plate it.
STEP 8.Can be served along with green chutney or dip.
STEP 9.A good Monsoon Tea Time Snack..
