Ingredients for Onion Cottage Cheese Curry Recipe

  • 66.67 g Cottage cheese
  • 0.33 Tbsp Cornflower
  • 0.33 Pieces Onions
  • 2.33 Pieces Some garlics
  • 0.33 Tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 0.67 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 3.33 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 0.33 Tsp Hot spice mixture
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric
  • 2.33 As Required Coriander powder
  • 1 Pieces green chilli
  • 0.33 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Cup water
  • 0.33 Tsp Chopped ginger
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.33 Inch Ginger
  • A Few Sliced onion

Directions: Onion Cottage Cheese Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, now add 1 inch garlic, ginger, green chilli, 1 onion slice & cashew nuts . Now pour water ,cover & boil it in low flame. And then turn off the gas. After it cool down, paste it .
  • STEP 2.Now, add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger , red chilli powder, cornflour & salt to taste in cottage cheese. Mix it & shape it in pieces as your choice.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan. Now fry it until it becomes golden in colour . And then transfer it in a bowl . Now take few chopped onion , fry it & transfer it in a bowl we will use it later for garnishing . Then Add the mixture paste in the oil and add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & fry it well till it releases the oil.
  • STEP 4.Now add water & boil it . Add hot spice mixture , coriander leaves & cottage cheese cubes. Transfer it in a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh cream, onion fry & coriander leaves.And now you can serve it with nan,chapati, rice etc.
