We all know and love a good upside cake for dessert peach and pineapple being our favorites but have you ever had a savory upside down cake? We realized a few weeks ago that you could apply the upside down concept to just about anything, so we started brainstorming and came up with the idea to make a delicious, upside down sweet onion cornbread.
