Ingredients for One Pot Undhiyu Recipe

  • 150 g Surti papdi
  • 100 g Small baingan
  • 200 g Baby potatoes
  • 100 g Medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 100 g medium size raw bananas
  • 150 g Purple yam
  • 1/2 Cups Grated coconut
  • 3 Tbsp Coriander leaves (Dhaniya)
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds ( til)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green chili paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or red chili powder
  • 3 Tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania Powder)
  • 2 Tsp ground cumin (cumin powder)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp sugar ( as per your taste)
  • As required Salt (As per taste)
  • 1/2 Tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp hing(asafoetida)
  • 1/2 Cups Water [
  • 5 Tbsp Sesame or peanut oil
  • 10 Nos Fried Methi Muthia
