680 gram jumbo raw shrimp
5 tablespoon vegetable oil divided
3 No.s cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 No.s large white or yellow onion
1 No.s large orange or red bell pepper
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes
2 No.s basil leaves large
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
1 cup canned coconut milk
0.33 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 teaspoon sweet paprika optional
170 gram cream cheese softened
1 No.s red jalapeno pepper thinly sliced

STEP 1.1 - take some peeled shrimp in a bowl with oil, one garlic clove, salt, and black pepper.

STEP 2.2 - mix it well and let marinate.

STEP 3.1 - heat oil in a skillet and cook onions and bell peppers in it for about 3 minutes.

STEP 4.2 - to this add 2 garlic cloves and cook for about 1 minute.

STEP 5.3 - once your garlic is cooked add the canned diced tomatoes, cilantro and basil to it.
