This is not your childhood mac and cheese. This is freshly made, fully flavored, absolutely delicious mac and cheese with chunks of delicious italian sausage in it. The best part? It's super easy to make and clean up because you only use one pot to make this dish. If you don't like italian sausage, you can make this recipe using plain pork sausage, or customize it by using meat from any of our leahy's sausages Just cut the casing open, take out the bulk meat and use it instead of the italian sausage.
