  • 1/4 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Water plus more as needed to thin out sauce
  • 1/4-0.13 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 Medium boneless skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
  • As required Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 0.13 teaspoon Grated or minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup Chopped red and green bell peppers
  • 0.13 cup Shredded carrots
  • 0.38 cup Uncooked jasmine rice washed, rinsed and drained thoroughly
  • 0.38 cup Water only 1 cup if cooking in the instant pot
