  • As required Salt
  • 1-1.33 slices thick whole grain bread
  • 0.13 pound boneless skinless, chicken tenders, diced
  • 0.08 a small onion grated
  • 0.33 cloves garlic minced or grated
  • 0.17 carrot grated
  • 0.08 pound dry egg noodles * about 4 6 ounces, optional
  • 0.17 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.33 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.08 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • As required salt + pepper taste
  • 0.17 cup gouda cheese shredded
  • 0.33-1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.08 cup dry white wine or more chicken broth
  • 0.17 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 0.33 Egg
  • 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes. Can sub potato chips Ritz Crackers or even use a mix of all three
