  • 1/4 Nos Large Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 3/4 Nos Clove Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 Nos Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/4 Nos A cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 Cup - heavy cream
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 Tsp Dried thyme
  • As required to taste salt and pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil For Cooking

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large, deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken apple sausage and sauté until it's lightly browned.
  • STEP 2.Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
  • STEP 3.Stir in the dry penne pasta and the red bell pepper.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and add the dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  • STEP 5.Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
