Enjoy a quick and easy dinner with our One-pan Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dish combines classic flavours with minimal clean-up. Enjoy a hearty meal with easy preparation and great taste!!
STEP 2.• In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, finely chopped Onion & garlic, mayonnaise, salt, freshly cracked Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, mayonnaise, egg and breadcrumbs.
STEP 3.• Mix everything properly using your hand or spatula. Then form the mixture into 8 meatballs. Preheat the oven @180ºC.
STEP 4.• Place the prepared meatballs in a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes. They don’t need to be fully cooked at this point, as they’ll cook further in the sauce.
STEP 5.• Now remove the baking tray from the oven and add the Homemade Tomato Sauce.
STEP 6.• Now, add paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Dried Oregano.
STEP 7.• Next add milk and mix everything properly.
STEP 8.• Then add spaghetti and break them if you need and stir well.
STEP 9.• Next add water and stir to mix.
STEP 10.• Then cover the baking dish with a aluminium foil. The foil traps hot steam and helps the pasta and meatballs cook evenly. Preheat the oven @200ºC.
STEP 11.• Bake the spaghetti & meatballs for 25 minutes.
STEP 12.• Carefully remove from the oven and mix up the pasta. Then add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, butter and fresh basil ribbons and pop it back in the oven for another 10 minutes without lid.
STEP 13.• Then remove from the oven and top with more parmesan and fresh basil and serve immediately. Enjoy!
