This pasta e fagioli is one of my all time favorite soups and one of my most popular recipes it's loaded with vegetables and brimming with italian flavor. it's perfectly comforting, hearty and absolutely delicious
Ingredients for Pasta E Fagioli Soup Olive Garden Recipe
0.33 tablespoon Olive oil, divided
0.17 pound Lean ground beef
1/4 cup Chopped yellow onion
0.17 cup Diced carrots
0.17 cup Diced celery
1/2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 can Tomato sauce
2.42 ounce 2 cans low sodium chicken broth
0.08 cup Water, then more as desired
0.17 can Diced tomatoes
0.33 teaspoon Granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon Dried basil
0.17 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.13 teaspoon Dried thyme
0.08 teaspoon Dried marjoram
As required Salt and freshly ground black pepper
0.17 cup Dry ditalini pasta
0.17 can Dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
0.17 can Great northern beans, drained and rinsed
As required Finely shredded romano or parmesan cheese, for serving
