Ingredients for Oats Veggies Cutlets Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cups boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/4 g Grated carrots
  • 1/4 g finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 Tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
  • handful Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil for shallow frying

Directions: Oats Veggies Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl combine together oats, potato, green chili, grated carrot, chopped capsicum and coriander, salt, chili powder, and garam masala powder to form a dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the mixture into equal parts, make balls from it, and then lightly flatten the balls with your palm to form patties.
  • STEP 3.Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry the oats cutlet on low heat. Keep flipping it over and cook both sides until golden brown. It will take time for the cutlets to brown.
  • STEP 4.Enjoy it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney along with your evening cup of tea or coffee.
