Ingredients for Oats Upma Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Oats .
  • 3/4 nos Beetroot large
  • 1 nos green peas cup.
  • 1.25 nos beans cup.
  • 1.50 nos Potato large
  • 2 nos Carrot no.
  • 2.25 nos chopped green chilli no.
  • 2.25 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2.50 nos mustard seeds tbsp.
  • 2.75 nos chana daal tbsp.
  • 3 nos urad daal tbsp.
  • 3 nos Lemon juice to taste
  • 3.50 tbsp Oil
  • 7 nos Curry leaves to
  • 3.75 nos Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing

Directions: Oats Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.dry roast the oats and keep aside .
  • STEP 2.2.cut into cubs carrot,potato,and beetroot,chop the beans .
  • STEP 3.3.heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard ,chana dal and urad dal.
  • STEP 4.4.saute the green chilli and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water .
  • STEP 5.5.after a boil cover it till the vegetables are cooked.
  • STEP 6.6.add roasted oats and cook it for 2 -3minute more . or till the oats done .
  • STEP 7.switch off the gas ,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon juice.
