STEP 2.2.cut into cubs carrot,potato,and beetroot,chop the beans .
STEP 3.3.heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard ,chana dal and urad dal.
STEP 4.4.saute the green chilli and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water .
STEP 5.5.after a boil cover it till the vegetables are cooked.
STEP 6.6.add roasted oats and cook it for 2 -3minute more . or till the oats done .
STEP 7.switch off the gas ,garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon juice.
