Oats tikki chatt is a delicious and very trending recipe specially for those who are in weight loss journey. It is veey helathy to eat for all the ages people including kids.
STEP 1.Step 1 Mash The Potatoes & Grate The Carrot and keep aside
To begin this oats cutlet recipe, peel off the skin of boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Step 2 Prepare The Cutlet Mixture
Take a large bowl and add oats, mashed potatoes, ginger paste, green chilli paste, grated carrot, salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder to it. Crumble the paneer in the bowl and mix well to make the mixture into a dough-like consistency.
Step 3 Shape The Cutlets
Take out small portions from the dough and using your palms, make small balls. When these balls are prepared, flatten them with your hands to form cutlets.
Step 4 / 4 Fry & Serve Your Oats Cutlet!
Finally, put a saucepan on medium flame and grease it well with just 2 tablespoons of refined oil. Place the prepared cutlets in the pan and cook from both sides. Once the golden brown colour come take it out.
Step 5 mix powdered sugar in curd and take oats tikki in plate. Now pour sweetened curd over it. Put jeera powder black salt white salt some coriander leaves imli chutney sev bhujia and anardana and if want sprinkle some chilly powder.
Curd oats tikki chatt is ready now. Enjoy with family
