Ingredients for Oats Spiced Buttermilk Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Curd -
  • 0-1/4 tsp oats dry roast -
  • 0-1/4 nos Curryleaves -
  • 0-1/2 nos Mint (Pudina)leaves -
  • 0-1/4 tsp fresh coriander leaves -
  • 3/4 nos Green chilli chopped - -
  • 0.06 inch Ginger -
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala powder -
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin pwdr -
  • 0.13 tsp Black Pepper Powder -
  • 0.13 tsp Dry mint powder -
  • 0.13 tsp Black salt -
  • 1/2 cups Chilled Water -
  • As required Ice cube

Directions: Oats Spiced Buttermilk Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a blending jar add curd and oats. Blend it.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger, green chilli, curry, mint and coriander leaves. Blend it again.
  • STEP 3.Add ice cubes, water and all the spices. Blend it.
  • STEP 4.Transfer it in serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves.
  • STEP 5.Serve chilled and immediately.
  • STEP 6.Note - adjust the spices as per your taste .
