STEP 2.Grind peas, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves coarsely.
STEP 3.Mash boiled potatoes.
STEP 4.Mix mashed potatoes, grinded oats and grinded peas mixture in a mixing bowl.
STEP 5.Add all dry masala ingredients and lemon juice.
STEP 6.Mix and make a dough.
STEP 7.Take a portion of dough and make a ball and shape it as kebabs.
STEP 8.Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry till golden brown colour. Like wise make all the kebabs.
STEP 9.Serve hot garnished with chopped onion slices and chutney.
