Ingredients for Oats & Peas Kebabs Recipe

  • 12.50 g Oats
  • 1 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 50 g Blanched peas
  • 1/2 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/4 g Piece ginger
  • 0.13 A Bunch Chopped coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp sauce or chutney
  • as required Cooking oil for deep frying

Directions: Oats & Peas Kebabs Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind oats in a mixer.
  • STEP 2.Grind peas, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves coarsely.
  • STEP 3.Mash boiled potatoes.
  • STEP 4.Mix mashed potatoes, grinded oats and grinded peas mixture in a mixing bowl.
  • STEP 5.Add all dry masala ingredients and lemon juice.
  • STEP 6.Mix and make a dough.
  • STEP 7.Take a portion of dough and make a ball and shape it as kebabs.
  • STEP 8.Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry till golden brown colour. Like wise make all the kebabs.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot garnished with chopped onion slices and chutney.
