STEP 1.Pre preparation:
"Paneer Marination" - Take curd and add salt, chilli powder, turmeric, and chana masala mix it well. In this add Paneer pieces and keep it in freezer for 1 hour.
STEP 2.How to make:
- In a mixture jar, mix boiled chicken pea, ragi flour, beet and oats. Now mix sesame seeds, lemon juice, schezwan chutney, chana masala little bit of salt into it.
STEP 3.- Saute paneer in olive oil. Now take small portion of beet oats mixture. Fill grilled marinated paneer into it. Cover it well. Roll into oats and shallow fry them in olive oil/ghee.
STEP 4.Served hot with Mayo Mustard Dip!
