Ingredients for Oats Cutlet Recipe

  • 3/4 cup Boiled rice
  • 1 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oats powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Oats Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.First we prepare cutlet, take boiled rice and boiled potatoes and mash them with masher.
  • STEP 2.Add oats powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well and prepare lemon size balls and press them to get the shape of the cutlet.
  • STEP 3.Now heat refined oil in pan and fry the cutlets till they become golden brown in colour from all the sides. Oats cutlet are ready.
