Oats coffee pancakes are a healthy wholesome cereal packed breakfast and quite filling. Very easy peasy yummy recipe to make with any leftovers !
STEP 1.In a bowl add coffee powder, blend the leftover apple in fridge to a fine pulp.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients together and keep it aside. Beat the egg and Whisk thoroughly all the ingredients till frothy.
STEP 3.Heat a grill pan.Add 1tsp of oil or butter as per choice. Dip the brown bread in the oats coffee egg batter mixture. Soak it as required and then shallow fry in the grill pan till you get the golden brown grill marks.
STEP 4.Add melon seeds and sesame seeds on the pancake for a healthier version. Serve hot with chocolate sauce, drizzle as per taste and choice. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
