A very famous gujarati snack which needs no introduction. A healthy twist to regional recipe for best breakfast option. I have majorly used oats & dalia/broken wheat, with not only bottle gourd but lots of vegetables.

  • 0.06 cup th grated bottle gourd
  • 0.06 cup th grated carrots
  • 0.06 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 spoons semolina dry roasted
  • 1/4 tablespoon besan/gram flour
  • 0.13 cup fenugreek leaves chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger and green chilli paste
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Soda bi carb
  • 1/4 lemon Juice Spoon
  • 1/2 spoon yogurt
  • 1/4 spoon oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tempering Mustard seeds
  • 1.25-1.50 Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • pinch asafoetida/hing
  • As required coriander leaves to garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
