Nutri palak is made using Palak and Nutri also known as Nutrela Or Soya Chunks..
Palak is rich in iron and vitamins and Nutri is rich in protein..
U can have this for lunch or dinner..
STEP 2.Keep water for boiling and as it boils add spinach and off the gas.
STEP 3.Cover and keep it for 7-8 mins.
STEP 4.Remove the spinach and grind it.
STEP 5.In the same water add soya chunks and boil for 10 mins.
STEP 6.Drain the water and keep in a strainer.
STEP 7.In a kadai add oil and add hing and add chopped onions and saute till pinkish in colour.
STEP 8.Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
STEP 9.Then add tomato and green chilli paste and add red chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala and saute till oil seperates.
STEP 10.Add boiled soya chunks and saute for 5 mins along with masalas..
STEP 11.Add spinach puree, little water as required and salt to taste and let it cook on low flame for 10 mins.
STEP 12.Once done. Add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well..
STEP 13.Serve hot with chapati Or naan..
