  • 1/2 cup Green Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the nutri in warm water for 15-20 minutes to soften it.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the soaked nutri and green peas to the pan. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the nutri and peas with the spices.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and let the dish simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

  • You can add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers to enhance the flavor and nutritional value of the dish.
