  • 1/2 teaspoon channa dal

  • 1/4 teaspoon kasturi methi
  • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder, salt, oil for frying

  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon cashew nut paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon each turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri mirchi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream or yoghurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil, chopped coriander for garnishing
