  • STEP 1.Boil the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then, add chopped vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the boiled noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
