Ingredients for Non-veg Spicy Congee Recipe

  • 1/2 cup ) Small grain rice preferably joha rice
  • 1 cups ) chicken stock with some boiled chicken chunk
  • 1.75 nos ) boiled egg
  • 1.25 tablespoon ) chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoon ) fried onion
  • 1.63 cup ) Chopped scallion
  • 2.50 nos ) finely chopped red chilli
  • 2 nos ) finely chopped cabbage and carrot
  • 2.25 nos ) Salt to raste
  • 2.75 tablespoon ) crushed blackpepper
  • 3 nos ) Butter rablespoon #GLEN

Directions: Non-veg Spicy Congee Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all Wash the rice thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.Boil with 2 cups of chicken stock and add some boiled chicken chunks too . Add chopped scallions and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper . Add butter at the end of cooking.
  • STEP 3.Garnish with boiled egg at the centre Add some chopped scallions, chopped red chilies , fresh salad and fried onions for garnishing as shown in the picture.
  • STEP 4.Dish is ready . Serve hot
