Ingredients for No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

  • 3/4 cup * cream cheese
  • As required Softened
  • 0.08 cup * sugar
  • 1/4 cup * sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons * pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup * prepared whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup * prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1/4 spoon * tablebutter
  • 1/4 nos * pound fresh strawberries
  • As required hulled and halved lengthwise
  • As required For The Sauce
  • 0.21 nos * whole strawberries
  • As required Diced
  • 1/4 tablespoons * cornstarch
  • 25.75 nos * /cup ( )granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons * vanilla extract
  • 0.03 teaspoon * salt
  • 1/4 spoon * tealime juice
  • 1/4 cups * finely chopped strawberries
for garnish
  • As required * Strawberry slices
  • As required * Strawberry icing

Directions: No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

  • STEP 1.PREPARATION
  • STEP 2.1. Blend the biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs ground. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Cover the bottom of a 9 inch springform with the mixture and put in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  • STEP 3.2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer. Gradually beat in the sugar. Beat in the sour cream ,Puree the strawberries and vanilla until just combined. Fold in the whipped topping. Scrape mixture into the piecrust. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  • STEP 4.MAKE THE SAUCE
  • STEP 5.* Add the diced strawberries and cornstarch to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a medium saucepan and add the sugar.
  • STEP 6.* Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.* Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, salt, and chopped strawberries. Set aside to cool for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 8.* Spread the topping evenly side the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • STEP 9.Decorate with strawberry sauce cheese icing cream and strawberry slices.
