  • 166.67 gms paneer pieces
  • 1.67 Pieces Chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 tablespoon Melon seeds
  • 2 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 0.33 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 0.33 tablespoon Milk powder
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • 0.33 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves
  • 0.17 tablespoon Crushed ginger
  • 0.33 teaspoon jeera
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • As Required as per taste
  • as required Oil
  • 0.17 tablespoon hee
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.67 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 0.33 teaspoon aram masala powder

Directions: Niramish Paneer Tarkari Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put melon seeds, cashew nuts and poppy seeds into the bowl add warm water to the bowl . Then soaked it for half an hour. then remove the water and blend it adding milk powder and curd.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil nd ghee in the pan, put bay leaves, add jeera,cloves and cardamom when it starts cracking add chopped tomatoes..
  • STEP 3.Then saute for 4 to 5 minutes,then add termaric powder,red chilli powder mix well add salt and fenugreek leaves saute for few minutes then add garam masala powder, black pepper powder give it another mix....
  • STEP 4.Put little water to the pan and boil for few minutes add paneer pieces and mix, blended cashew nus , melon seeds nd poppy seeds paste or puree
  • STEP 5.Then mix all well, and boil for few minutes,
  • STEP 6.Now yummy tasty paneer er tarkari is ready for serve....
