  • 2 bay leaves
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

  • 1/2 Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon For garnishing: grated fresh ginger
  • As required Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, slit
