Nigerian Fried rice is a very simple yet delicious dish.This version relies on a ton of frwsh vegetables,beef liver and a little bit of oil for crisping it up which is made in different versions like ham fried rice, coconut fried rice and shrimp fried rice which is loaded with various spices.

Ingredients for Nigerian Fried Rice Recipe

  • 2 cup cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Onion Diced
  • 2 Nos Scallions
  • 1 cup Beef Liver Cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Nos Stock cube
  • 3 tablespoon Oil For Frying
  • As required Salt

Directions: Nigerian Fried Rice Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Cook the parboiled rice in the stock until cooked.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it, add onions and saute it for a few minutes and add scallions,vegetables followed by all the seasoning ingredients

step 5

  • STEP 2.5. Lastly add rice combine it and cook it 4-5 mins and the serve.
