  • 0.15 pound Beef stew meat cut into bite size pieces
  • 0.80-1 piece Baby red potatoes cut into bite size 3 red potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/10 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 1/10 Large garlic clove minced
  • 0.60 cup Water
  • As required Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper for cooking the meat
  • 1/5 teaspoon Kosher salt for soup broth
  • 0.60-0.80 cup Green chiles roasted and chopped or 1 frozen green chiles

  • As required The version made from canned chiles is significantly less
  • As required Spicy than with fresh or frozen
