  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions and cook until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, yogurt, and spices like cumin, coriander, garam masala, and cardamom powder. Cook until the oil separates.
