  • 1 Nos pineapple
  • 1 Nos big bowl cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 Nos shallots
  • 1 tablespoon Scallion
  • 3 tablespoon chopped carrots
  • 7-8 Nos prawns
  • 1/2 bowl frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Pineapple
  • As required Curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Nos egg
  • 1 Nos red chilli
  • As required Some lime juice

Directions: Nasi Goreng Nanas/pineapple Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut into half lengthwise

  • STEP 2.Now diagonally cut the core

step 3

  • STEP 3.Now carve out the fruit from inside with the help of ladle/spoon

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now keep the dug flesh in a bowl,and scrape out remaining pineapple flesh with the help of a spoon.

  • STEP 5.Keep the cooked rice at least for an hour
